These terms govern the "Napkin Proofs Publisher" application, a private internal tool operated by Inceptyon Labs LLC to publish the Napkin Proofs channel's own videos to the channel's own social media accounts.

Purpose and scope

The application is used only by its operator to upload first-party content to first-party accounts. It is not a public service and offers no user accounts, subscriptions, or features to third parties.

Acceptable use

The application is operated in compliance with the terms, policies, and developer guidelines of each platform it connects to, including TikTok, YouTube, and Meta. It is used only to publish original, first-party content owned by Inceptyon Labs LLC.

Content

All videos published through the application are original works created by the Napkin Proofs channel. The operator is solely responsible for the content it publishes.
